Speaking of heroes, I consider Dr. King a hero for showing such bravery in standing up for his beliefs. He tried to make the world a better place for everyone. It is so strange for me to think that he was my age when he was assassinated. Still, he accomplished so much in his life. He would be 79 years old today. Just think what else he could have done.
Mr. C.
Hey ConCav, Do you think if Dr.King was still alive do you think he would be president? Why or why not??

Good question, Katie. It's hard to say whether MLK would be president today (remember, he'd be 77 years old), but I'm pretty sure Barack Obama wouldn't have a real chance to be elected president if it weren't for Dr. King's accomplishments.
when was the Martin Luther king was born actually.
